The following major renovations and improvements have been undertaken in recent times. Interiors vary, some retaining the original layout and others repurposed to suit individual tastes.
2014/15: refurbishment of all balconies including the installation of new glass throughout
2017: original roof was covered with new synthetic material, with some insulation
2018: replacement of all external doors and the Entryphone system
2021: installation of electric security gates
2021: garage block refurbishment.
